What are the opening hours for customer service?
Customer service is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can contact our customer center by email, the email address is at the bottom of the page.

I have a technical question about one of the products
Our customer service department is very familiar with our products, but should questions arise that they cannot answer, the question will be forwarded to the category manager.

What kind of warranty do you have on your products?
We have a lifetime guarantee on all our Brusletto knives that are produced at the factory in Geilo. This applies to normal use. If there is user error, the warranty does not apply. If you have been unlucky enough that something wrong has happened with the item you bought from us, please contact us by Email with a detailed message about the matter and please send photos. Sometimes we do not need the item in return, so it is best that you wait for the return of the defective item until you are notified of this. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on what the error is. We will repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.

For products that are not manufactured at our factory in Geilo, a 2-year warranty applies from the time of purchase.
