Here you will hopefully find answers to your questions. Below you will find an overview of some of the questions we receive most frequently.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yes! You can visit our factory outlet in the centre of Ringebu, where you will find almost the entire range of Brusletto products.

The factory outlet is located inside the Bjørklund 1925 store at Jernbanegata 13, 2630 Ringebu, Norway.

Opening hours

Monday–Friday: 10:00–16:30

Saturday: 10:00–15:30

Our factory is also located in Ringebu, at Giax, where Brusletto knives are produced.

What are the opening hours for customer service?

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. You can contact us by email using the contact information at the bottom of this page.

I have a technical question about one of your products. Who should I contact?

Our customer service team has extensive knowledge of our products and will be happy to assist you. If your question requires additional technical expertise, it will be forwarded to the appropriate product or category specialist.

What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?

We offer a lifetime warranty on Brusletto knives manufactured at our factory in Ringebu. The warranty applies to defects that occur during normal use of the product. Damage caused by incorrect or improper use is not covered by the warranty.

If you experience a problem with a product purchased from us, please contact us by email with a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, include photos. In many cases, we can assess the issue without requiring you to return the product immediately. We therefore recommend waiting for further instructions from us before sending the product back.

We will assess your case as quickly as possible. Depending on the nature of the issue, processing may take a few days. If the product is covered by the warranty, we will either repair the knife or replace it with an equivalent product.

For products that are not manufactured at our factory in Ringebu, a 2-year warranty applies from the date of purchase.
